Juan Antonio Peña, born in Tobarra, a town in Albacete. Graduated in Political Science from the Complutense University of Madrid. His career led him to specialize with a master’s degree in Human Rights-Biolaw, whose Master’s Final Work was developed around the Right of Asylum and the refugee crisis in the European Union.
Activist, trainer and volunteer with applicants for international protection and with the women collective. He has collaborated with Accem NGOs and the Women’s Centre, respectively.
Working in these fields led him to specialize with a master’s degree in Social Intervention with groups at risk of social exclusion, coming to work in Malaga as a technician of social action and communication with minors and adolescents from eight different educational centers in the Bailén-Miraflores District.
