General Terms

  1. Access and use terms

    The use of website does not imply that the user is obliged to subscribe or register as a USER. The access and use terms of website are defined by the current Law and Regulation, and by the good will principle, so the USER engages to perform a good use of the Website. All actions against the Law, third party rights or interests, right to honor and intimacy, data protection, intellectual property, and any action which could be considered as an illicit behaviour are therefore forbidden. CIBERVOLUNTARIOS explicitly forbids the following, but not limited to:

    • Perform any actions that may cause any damage in the Website, to the systems of CIBERVOLUNTARIOS or to Third Parties.
    • Provide, without the required authorization, any advertising or commercial information, directly or indirectly.

    CIBERVOLUNTARIOS will have the right to interrupt the Access to its Website at any time if it detects a use contrary to the legal environment, the good will or the present general terms.

  2. Cibervolunteers

    That, for the purposes of article 8, points 4 and 5 of Law 45/2015, of October 14, on volunteering, I confirm that I have no criminal record for crimes of domestic violence or gender, for attempting against life, Physical integrity, liberty, moral integrity or freedom and sexual indemnity of the other spouse or children, or for crimes of illegal trafficking or illegal immigration of persons, or for crimes of terrorism, by means of this responsible declaration.

    Likewise, if in the exercise of my activity within the Fundación Cibervoluntarios, I participate in programs that involve contact with minors, I will confirm that I have not been convicted for crimes against freedom and sexual indemnity, trafficking and exploitation of minors, by means of the contribution of a negative certification that will be obtained through the Central Registry of Sexual Offenders and that I will send to the

  4. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

    The present General Terms is governed by the Spanish Law. They are specifically subject to the dispositions of General Law 26/1984 of July, 19, for the Defense of Consumers and Users; the Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 of Personal Data Protection; Law 7/1996 and Law 34/2002 of July 11, about Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services, as well as any other Law or regulation that develops or modifies them.

    Only the courts and courts of law of Madrid will be competent to resolve any controversy or conflict arising from the present General Terms, and the user expressly waive any other venue to which they might be entitled.
