Data Protection Policy

The present Personal Data Protection Policy regulates the Personal Data that Fundación Cibervoluntarios (hereon referred to as, CIBERVOLUNTARIOS) processes as Data Controller as well as Responsible of Data Processing, in relationship to the website In both cases, it strictly complies with the legal requirements imposed by the current regulation in the subject of Personal Data Protection.

CIBERVOLUNTARIOS only process data considered as appropriate, pertinent and not excessive in relationship to the scope and the determined, explicit and legitimate purposes they have been obtained for, and it does not process them for incompatible purposes with the ones they have been collected for.

  1. Veracity

    The users of the Website (henceforth, the USERS) are responsible of veracity and timeliness of data submitted to CIBERVOLUNTARIOS, who will consider exact and updated any data submitted by the USERS.

  2. Information

    CIBERVOLUNTARIOS, as Responsible of Data Processing, informs that personal data provided by the USERS to solve any issue communicated by every available contact cannel (phone, mail, forms) will be incorporated or could be incorporated into a file owned by CIBERVOLUNTARIOS, duly inscribed in the Registry enabled by the Spanish Data Protection Agency, and they will be processed according to the terms intended in this Policy of Personal Data Protection.

    To access and/or navigate across website, there is no need of submitting any data.

    The compulsory character of answering to the proposed questions or submitting the required data through website, is indicated by incorporating a star (*) on the left of the question or the form field. In the case this data are not submitted, it will not be possible to provide the requested service or functionality.

  3. Purpose

    CIBERVOLUNTARIOS will only process personal data submitted by the USERS according to the purposes described in the Personal Data Protection Policy and in the General Terms, included but not limited to the ones indicated below, just for information purposes:

    • CIBERVOLUNTARIOS uses contact data provided by the USERS to send them by electronic or non-electronic way, information about the service improvements that get implemented and to keep them informed about the news that considers of interest. The USER decides and authorizes if he/she wants to receive or not to receive this kind of communications, and doing so, accepting the General Terms of CIBERVOLUNTARIOS and the present Personal Data Protection Policy, or when requesting this kind of information by any of the contact ways enabled in the Website.
    • Inscription: Received data will be used to organize and participate in all kind of programs, projects, workshops, webinars, trainings, events and in definitve, every activity Fundación Cibervoluntarios decides to be interesting to achieve its goals.
    • Contact: Received data by any contact way / channel enabled in the Website will be used to contact and manage the communicated requirement or issue.
    • Cookies used by CIBERVOLUNTARIOS are anonymous and they don’t provide any hint allowing to deduct user personal data.
    • Other web forms: the information is used for the purpose described in the web form itself.
  4. Consent

    USERS consent their data to be processed in the terms indicated above by accepting the current Personal Data Protection Policy when sending information or using any way of contact enabled in the Website

    USERS, as pursant with the Law 1/1982 of 5th May about Civil protection of the right to honor, personal and family privacy and own image and with the provisions of Law 15/1999, of December 13 Protection of Personal Data, give CIBERVOLUNTARIOS their consent in the development and achieving its vision, mission and objectives can capture, reproduce and / or publicly disseminate their images trhought any media and/or support , may in turn transfer them to any entity to work with it in the organization of such projects and activities.

    USERS should refrain from providing personal data of other stakeholders unless they have proper authorization, according to which these stakeholders have been previously and properly informed about the content of this Policy for the Protection of Personal Data and, specifically, they agree that ytheir data will be provided to CIBERVOLUNTARIOS to be treated in accordance with the purposes that correspond and can exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition.

    In any case, CIBERVOLUNTARIOS will cancel the recorded data as long as theu aren't necessary or relevant to the purpose for which it was collected, being able to keep them, duly blocked during the time that may be required some kind of responsibility.

  5. Assignment

    CIBERVOLUNTARIOS do not give data to third parties, unless a Law or Community provisions provide otherwise, or if necessary to provide the service. In this case, they only communicates those essential data to manage the request of users and provide the services, so that the transfer respond to the free and legitimate acceptance of a legal relationship between stakeholders and Cibervoluntarios, whose development, compliance and control necessarily involve the data connection which includes the necessary transmission of themselves.

    If a user writes a comment or interact socially with the website or with social networks where this is present, he should be aware that his data will be released in the environment in which he operates, ie, he will be expressly authorizing the communication of data -associated to the action performed- to other users that access the web site or social network.

  6. Revocation

    Their consent, both for treatment and for the transfer of data from stakeholders, is revocable at any time by notifying CIBERVOLUNTARIOS in terms establised in this Privacy Policy Personal Data for the exercise of access rights, rectification, cancellation and opposition. This reversal in no case is retroactive.

  8. Segurity

    CIBERVOLUNTARIOS has adopted the necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the safety of personal data and avoid its alteration, loss, or unauthorized access, in accordance with current legislation on data protection of personal nature. The measures associated with high-level security for files and / or automated processing in accordance with Title VIII of Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21th December, approving the Regulation of Development of the Organic Law 15/1999 of 13th of December, Protection of personal Data.

This Policy Protection of Personal Data is public and permanently accessible on the website, and can be updated at any time, either as a result of a policy change or modify the configuration of services or type of business developed.
