Promoting female entrepreneurship with EITIC pilots
The European Project coordinated by Cibervoluntarios EITIC (ICT Innovative Entrepreneur Women), enters its final stage with a series of training courses focused on offering digital skills for women in contexts and situations of vulnerability. The pilots, who started in León (Spain) last December, continue these first weeks of 2020 in Palma de Mallorca, Seville and Avila. These training experiences are based on the European competency framework (Entrecomp) to bring digital tools and competences for entrepreneurship and for job search.
EITIC PILOTS AGENDA
Pilot 1 - Held in San Andrés de Rabanedo, León on December 12 and 13, through CEMFE - Municipal Training and Employment Center of the town. 10 women have been trained and certified.
Pilot 2 and Pilot 4 - In Palma de Mallorca, in collaboration with the University of the Balearic Islands and the Coworking Wohaby. The first is held on January 8 and 9, and 15 women are planned. The second will take place on January 15 and 16, and the call is still open.
Pilot 3 - Organized with the City Council of Ávila, it will take place on January 13.
Pilot 5 - Seville. Through the Persán Foundation, of Migrant women. There are 15 women targeted.
In addition, EITIC holds its last evaluation meeting on January 12 and 13 in the city of Bucharest. With the results of the pilots, a manual of good practices will be developed that aims to make visible the actions of women entrepreneurs and innovators from vulnerable groups and / or rural areas and promote their entrepreneurship and employment through training in the use of tools and Technological services. Fundación Cibervoluntarios has coordinated this consortium with organizations from Norway, Italy, Romania and Spain.
