Main Goal

The aim of the e-STAS is to promote, foster and adapt the use of ICT’s for social action and human development.

Specific Goals

1. Attendance to the Symposium of about 200 actors from any kind of entities, and at least a 40 % of them working at an International level.



2. Edition of a book with the results and conclusions of the event, including the work of the preparative phase.



3. Generation of a Social Networking between the 200 assistants



4. To create, disseminate, promote and exchange all types of plans, programs, projects and activities aiming to bridge the digital divide and promote the knowledge society through multisectorial participation, innovation and the empowerment of citizens



5. To create a Social Network proper to the event that will permit to give continuity to the work started before and throughout this one



6. To be an international and multisectorial reference symposium, keeping on setting a National and International guideline in the field of ICT’s and Social Action, and reinforcing of their joint



7. To give continuity to the discussions that took place during the World Summit on the Information Society, in practical and demonstrative way
